HERmonious 2025
I am beyond stoked to share with you all that I have been invited to perform at Springfield's 2025 HERmonious festival on September 6th at Tie & Timber. I've been hoping to have the honor of playing this event, celebrating the 417's greatest female musicians, since its inception. the lineup this year is killer, and the proceeds for the event go to a great cause: Women in Need of the Ozarks. make sure you get your tickets before they're gone!

news.

it's time for me to take a break and figure out how I want to do music from here on out. I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the time I've spent the past several years making music and performing around the Ozarks (and even some places beyond home), and I wouldn't have been able to do any of it without your support. I am forever grateful for that. but I have entered a new chapter of my life, and it is rocking my world in the best way. my daughter is already growing so fast, and I desperately want to spend as much time as I possibly can with her. unfortunately, working on music takes away from that time. while I know that I don't want to stop making music, I'm still trying to navigate how to balance motherhood with my creative work. I'll be back, but I'm not sure what it will look like. thank you all for sticking around and being patient. it means the world. if you haven't already, make sure you sign up for email updates. that's going to be the best way for you to know when I've dropped something new. keep searching for wonder. the world is better with you in it.

recent highlights.

HERmonious Festival

it was an honor to perform at Springfield's 2025 HERmonious festival. it had been a personal goal of mine to be on the billing for this event, which celebrates the 417's greatest female musicians and benefits Women in Need of the Ozarks, since its inception. the 2025 lineup was killer. thank you to everyone who came out to help make our community stronger.

"lines" also features original illustrations by the very talented Lacey McKeever. Sad Kid Summer: the final show

that's it. Sad Kid Summer 2023 is over. I have a mix of emotions. as an
independent artist, it took a lot of time, work, and energy to make these shows happen, and part of me is relieved and ready to finally relax for a spell. but obviously it's a bittersweet kind of relief. I want to say a sincere thank you to everyone who came out to any of the shows this summer. I saw lots of new faces in the crowd, and some of you even came to multiple shows. I really can't fully express how much that means to me. thank you for allowing me to share my music, my poetry, my heart with you. all I hope is
that it's helped you feel less alone, if even for just a moment. spread these songs around to anyone who might need a moment like that, too. it was a blast spending the summer with you, Springfield. I look forward to focusing on my next project and some new music for you all. sad kids party the hardest.
